Booking To participate in Global Stone Workshop® or make reservations concerning all workshops please contact Mr. Stefano Beccari via email.
Global Stone Workshop® representatives are available to provide support for purchasing stone, building wood crates, etc. Sculpting classes are not provided during workshops, with the exception of the courses in Volterra and in Marina di Carrara. Each workshop is open to a maximum of 10 participants. In the event of less than 6 participants, the workshop will be postponed. Global Stone Workshop® receives no commissions from hotels or stone laboratories. Global Stone Workshop® requires a fee of EU 55 per participant as reimbursement for administrative expenses. Artists from Sweden may pay with stamps. At the time of booking we request a down payment equal to one-week lodging and workshop It is apparent that Global Stone Workshop® prices are low. In fact, no other serious workshop in Europe or the U.S.A. can compete with our rates. Global Stone Workshop® receives no financial gain from its activities. This is a choice we have deliberately made in contrast to the trend in today's society, in which monetary profit is a priority in any venture, no matter its size.

Open all year long Since 2003 the Danang Sculpture Center
has been a meeting point for international sculptors and Vietnamese
stone carvers. So far, 10 European sculptors have frequently used
our facilities with the help of our skilled carvers. They have also
assisted sculptors at various sculpture symposiums in Vietnam. The main
force behind the carvers’ skills development is the Norwegian sculptor,
Mr. Øyvin Storbækken. He took the initiative to establish
the Center together with the Fine Art Association of Danang City. Miss Phan Quynh Huong
